Level Medium

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  4. While waiting for the final minute start whipping the egg white

Remove from heat.

  1. Add slowly to stiff beaten egg white while mixer is on… Pour slowly, the sugar mixture is HOT.
  2. Beat until spreading consistency (about 5 to 7 minutes)
