Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries & Almonds

Creamy, protein-packed and no cooking required. Perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt (Fage or Chobani)

½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)

  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon, drizzle of honey (1 tsp max)

Directions

  1. Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl or tall glass.
  2. Add vanilla extract and stir to combine.

Layer berries on top.

  1. Sprinkle chia seeds and slivered almonds over the top.
  2. Add cinnamon if using. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours.

Notes

Make 3–4 of these in mason jars on Sunday night for grab-and-go breakfasts all week. The chia seeds absorb liquid overnight — the texture is even better the next day.
