Sausage, Pork, Jerk
Ingredients
- 5-lbs ground pork shoulder
- 1-cup red wine
- 3-tbsp dried minced onion
- 3-tbsp thyme
- 11/2-tbsp garlic powder
- 11/2-tbsp cayenne
- 11/2-tbsp sugar
- 3-tsp allspice
- 3-tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2-tbsp salt
- 3/4-tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
