Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 2 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Frozen fries
- 8-10 Strips of Bacon
Directions
- Roll like sushi on a piece of plastic wrap on a bamboo mat - lay down 8-10 strips of bacon to make a square. Similar the sushi making, place a thin layer of ground meat seasoned with salt and pepper over that layer. On the bottom edge closest to you place the cheese and a few frozen fries. Using the plastic wrap roll the meat away from you sealing the fries in the center.
- Use tooth picks to hold in place. Place in the oven at 375 for 40 minutes until cooked through. Once cooled slightly, slice the “sushi” and place on a plate. Top each sushi with a pickle. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
