Ingredients
- 1 Package Lox
- 1 Small Tub Cream Goat Cheese (or cream cheese if you must)
- 1 Jar Capers
- 1 Package Crackers (your choice)
Directions
- Simply build up your layers on top of the cracker. I like to start with the salmon, then add the goat cheese, and top with a few capers. Some people like to put the cheese directly onto the cracker, then the salmon and capers, but I find without the cheese on top to hold the capers in place, they tend to fall off and roll all over the place.
- A nice variant is to replace the cracker with sliced cucumbers and top with cracked pepper.
