Berry Easy Dessert
A no-cook, five-minute dessert of honeyed ginger yogurt spooned over fresh berries.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon finely grated crystallized ginger
Zest of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups mixed fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds
Directions
- In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey, crystallized ginger, orange zest, and vanilla.
- Divide the berries among 4 glasses or bowls.
Spoon the ginger yogurt over the berries.
- Drizzle with a little extra honey, scatter with toasted almonds, and serve.
