A no-cook, five-minute dessert of honeyed ginger yogurt spooned over fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated crystallized ginger

Zest of 1 orange

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups mixed fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds

Directions

  1. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey, crystallized ginger, orange zest, and vanilla.
  2. Divide the berries among 4 glasses or bowls.

Spoon the ginger yogurt over the berries.

  1. Drizzle with a little extra honey, scatter with toasted almonds, and serve.
