Homemade Granola

Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- 3/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup raisins
Directions
Heat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- Toss the oats, almonds, cashews, and coconut together in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the brown sugar, maple syrup, oil, and salt, then pour over the dry mixture and stir to coat.
Spread evenly onto a sheet pan.
- Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and dry.
Remove from the oven and stir in the raisins.
- Cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
