Directions
- Prepare cocoa as in recipe for hot cocoa; chill the hot mixture. Substitute 5 gallons (20 No. 56 dippers) cold water for the 5 gallons of hot water. Add the cold water, milk, and vanilla to chilled mixture; stir until smooth. Serve with chipped ice.
