- 1 fl oz Single cream/half-and-half
- 4 drop Tonka bitters (optional)

- 16.82% alc./vol. (33.64° proof)
- 17.7 grams of pure alcohol
Directions
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.
