Directions
- Substitute either 2 ounces (four mess kit spoons) orange extract or 2½ ounces (ten mess kit spoons) grated orange rind for vanilla in recipe for plain cake. Frost with orange butter frosting, banana butter frosting (recipes Nos. 95 and 91).
