Turkey & Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 4 slices deli turkey breast (no nitrates, low sodium)
- 1 oz reduced-fat Swiss or provolone cheese
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 large basil leaves (optional)
- Toothpicks
Directions
Lay turkey slices flat on a cutting board.
- Place a thin slice of cheese on each turkey slice.
- Add a tiny bit of Dijon mustard and a basil leaf.
- Roll tightly from one end.
- Secure with a toothpick if needed.
Notes
Look for turkey with less than 200mg sodium per serving and no added nitrates (look for “uncured” on the label). Oscar Mayer Natural or Applegate Farms are good brands. These take under 3 minutes and can be packed for work.
