Ingredients
- 1pint Greek-style super thick yoghurt
- 1 English Cucumber (the long, thin, almost seedless kind) peeled, grated on a box grater, salted lightly for 5 minutes and squeezed between the hands to remove liquid
- 3 cloves garlic mashed to a paste
- 1โ3 cup Olive oil (maybe???)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
