Perfectly cooked salmon and asparagus simultaneously in the air fryer. The fastest healthy dinner possible.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 bunch asparagus, tough ends removed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon wedges
Directions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix remaining olive oil with garlic and lemon zest. Brush over salmon.
- Place salmon in the center of air fryer basket. Surround with asparagus.
- Air fry 10-12 minutes until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
- Squeeze lemon over and serve immediately.
Notes
Air fryer cooks salmon slightly faster than oven. Check at 10 minutes — it should flake easily at 145°F internal temp.
