Egg Mold Usage

Directions

2. Apply a light coat of oil to all parts.

Separate egg whites and yolks.

1. Fill each mold with egg whites leaving enough room for expansion when the inner mold is inserted.
2. Put the inner molds into place and turn clockwise to tighten.
3. Put the entire unit into a pot with enough water to just cover the mold.
4. Boil for about 15 minutes to set the egg whites.
5. Remove from pot and remove inner mold.

Pour the yolks into the inner space.

1. Reattach lid and boil another 8 minutes to set yolks.
2. Run cool water over the mold and release the eggs.
