Pickled Eggs (New)

Ingredients
- 4 sliced Jalapeños
- 2 full heads of garlic
- 1 red onion, a bunch of dill in the jar
- 4 tbsp of whole peppercorns
- 6 tbsp mustard seed
- 6 tbsp celery seed probably like
- 4 tbsp salt
- 8 dried chili’s for the brine
- 22 eggs cuz I ate a couple. But as for the vinegar I used a whole bottle of white wine and just finished
Directions
- filling the jar about half full of the regular vinegar and then used that to make the brine. Then top it off
- with vinegar after you pour it into the jar.
