Directions

  1. So here is all you do…

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F

  1. Get a mess of fresh Brussels Sprouts and quarter them.
  2. Place them on a baking pan (cookie sheet) and spray with low calorie spray (I like garlic vegaline)
  3. Put them in the oven for about 15 minutes or until they get a nice roasted brown color on top
  4. That’s it!!!
  5. They go very well dipped in aioli or HP sauce.
